Web Browsers You need a web browser of the fourth generation or newer to display our pages correctly. Free copies of the latest versions can be downloaded from Microsoft® and Netscape®. Go to one of their sites or contact your system administrator.

JavaScript® This page uses JavaScript. If you have disabled it, enable it in the properties section of your browser or contact your system administrator.
If, for example, a popup does not open although you have clicked the corresponding navigation point or selection via a dropdown does not work, JavaScript is disabled in your browser.
Microsoft Internet Explorer Select 'Tools/Internet Options/Security'. Click on 'Custom Level'. Under 'Scripting', 'Active Scripting' and 'Allow insert operations' must be enabled.
Netscape Navigator Under 'Edit/Preferences' select the option 'Advanced'. 'Enable JavaScript for Navigator' must be checked here.
Plug-ins and Players Additional programs ("browser plug-ins") are needed for some features. It is possible that these programs have not been installed in your web browser. If you do not have the plug-in you need and want to use the feature, you will be prompted to download the program.

PRINTING PROBLEMS
How a website is printed usually depends on how the printer is configured. Control printing via your printer's dialog and consult your printer manual.
Backgrounds Internet Explorer allows you to choose whether backgrounds are to be printed or not. Should something be missing in your printout, try this: in the menu 'Tools', select 'Internet Options' and then the tab 'Advanced'. It contains the option 'Enable Background Colors and Images', which should be checked.
